まだあまりお目にかかったことがない。残念ながら彼がエミー賞にノミネートされるまでの演技を見せている「The Practice」も見ていない。「The Mod Squad」も、少しの出番だし、「Sugar Hill」に至っては覚えてない。また今度書き直します。

●^● バイオ

バス運転手の父と専業主婦をしていた母の元に生まれたスティーブ・ハリスは、元NBAのアイゼイア・トーマス等、優れたアスリートを育てる事で有名な高校に通い、NFLの選手になる事を夢見ていた。フットボールの奨学金でノーザン・イリノイ大学に通い、同時にドラマ学を専攻し、演技も勉強していた。足首の靭帯を切断し、フットボールが続けられなくなったハリスは、デラウエア大学で、シアター学のマスターを取得した。 1988年に小さな役で映画デビューを果たしているが、仕事が本調子になるのは、1994年のウェズリー・スナイプスが主演の「シュガー・ヒル」に出演してからだ。1969年に「ロック」に出演し、TVプロデューサーのデビット・E・ケリーの目に止まり、彼がプロデュースした「The Practice」のレギュラーを獲得し、ドラマの人気と共に、彼の名前も一躍知れ渡るようになった。また同ドラマの好演で、エミー賞にも幾度もノミネートされている。
